Shipping and Storage Guidelines for HEPA Filters

During the transportation of HEPA filters, they should be placed upright to avoid being impacted by external forces, which may damage the filter media. Rainproof measures should be taken to avoid being exposed to rain.
During transportation, you should handle it with care and protect the HEPA filter.
During transportation, HEPA filters should not be stacked more than 2 meters high, and other objects are not allowed to be placed on top of the packaging box to prevent damage to the filter, especially the filter media. Therefore, fixation measures are also required in addition to paying attention to the height. Measures should be taken to prevent damage to the filter media caused by the shaking of the truck.
When stored in a warehouse (clean and dust-free), it should be upright, packed with outer packaging, and stacked according to the signs on the box (labels upward). The floor (pallet) should be flat, and the stacking height should not be More than 2 meters to prevent the HEPA filter from falling and being damaged.
The HEPA filters should be stored in a dry, constant-temperature place. The temperature of the warehouse should be between zero and forty degrees Celsius. The temperature should not fluctuate too much, and the relative humidity should be less than 60% (do not place HEPA filters in the open air).
HEPA filters should not be stored in the warehouse for too long. Otherwise, the filtration effect of the filter will be affected. The storage period should not exceed one year for ordinary gasket-type HEPA filters. A maximum storage period of 2 months is recommended for gel seals HEPA filters.
